Terms and Conditions of Sale

Before you buy from our store, please take a moment to go through the conditions below. They explain how purchases on this website work.

1. Where these terms apply

These conditions cover every product sold through this website. Submitting an order means you have read them and agree to them in full.

2. Our products

We work hard to describe each item clearly and to show photos that represent it well. Even so, small differences in color, packaging or wording can occur, and we cannot promise that every detail on the site is complete or up to date at all times.

3. Placing an order

When you complete checkout, you allow us to charge the payment method you chose and to send your items to the address you entered. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example when we suspect fraud or a breach of these conditions.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Any shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you pay, and the full amount is charged when the order is placed, using one of the payment options offered on the site.

5. Shipping

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can and send a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Transit times depend on the destination and on the delivery option selected. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You can ask to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as described in our Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union also keep their legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items should come back unused, in their original condition and with everything that was included. The cost of sending a return back to us is covered by the customer.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fee.

8. Exceptions

Products sold as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
